GivingTuesday's Starling Collective is a global learning community and innovative fellowship for grassroots organizers, activists, artists, and changemakers to discover and share best practices for increasing generosity and driving systems change.
The Starling Collective is designed to identify creative, passionate individuals who are working to accelerate innovative approaches to catalyzing generosity, empathy, equity and justice. We want to arm Starling participants with the tools to rapidly implement these ideas.
GivingTuesday's Starling Collective welcomes innovators of all backgrounds, breaking down the barriers that often leave diverse perspectives and nontraditional movement builders on the sidelines. We encourage experimentation and sharing of both successes and failures so we can all learn from each other.
If selected, you’ll participate in a 6-month Starling Collective learning community, and receive training, coaching, and peer support from experts as well as GivingTuesday's global network of leaders. You’ll channel your learnings into your own work to grow generosity. In early 2023, you will have the opportunity to pitch your initiative for a chance to receive additional funding.
Ready to create positive change and learn along with us? We want to hear from you!
Timeline
